established minimum requirement for attendance. This is at

fail to meet this requirement, then your membership can be
terminated without reconsideration. You will however be sent an
email warning you of this possibility and be given the
opportunity to correct the problem.
|
|
| |
5. Each probationary member will during the probation period, be
scheduled to attend the SPECOPS BASIC TRAINING COURSE. This is
a requirement to come off probation, and become a full member

|
|
| |
12. All members are tasked with policing the ranks. This means
that if you see inappropriate actions going on within the TS
server; bring it to the attention of a senior member. If you
are a senior member, pull that man to a separate channel and
correct the problem professionally and immediately.
|
|
| |
13 All members will make sure they treat each and every other
member with respect and professionalism at all times. There will
be NO EXCEPTIONS!!! This goes for non members as well. Your
conduct reflects on us all.
|
|
| |
14. All Unit Officers and SNCO’s will now be in charge of their
personnel's service records (i.e., you will be required to
review it periodically and make sure that your team members are
getting the training they need. You will also have the aid of
the Command Master Gunny to assist you. This includes making
sure each members points and awards are up to date.
|
|
| |
15. Make sure you always pass on any word passed to you by your
Unit Commanders or the SPECOPS Commander Staff to members that
were not present at the time the original word was passed. This
insures max dissemination of information. "The word is Legs,
spread the word"
|
|
| |
16. Missions will be created on average once a week. They will
be posted days in advance on the website under Operations, then
Mission Brief. It is the duty of all Unit Commanders and SNCO’s
to check this daily. When a mission is posted, SPECOPS HQ will
establish an Operations Center at the time of the mission for
all Commanders to check in with at the beginning of the
mission. All Unit Commanders are charged with making sure your
unit is present and trained to complete the mission posted. All
Unit Commanders will submit a list of members who participated
in the mission to the Command Master Gunny so promotion points
can be added to member record books. There may at times be
flash missions that have no warning. Be prepared.
|
|
| |
17. Promotion points work like this. You earn 1 point for each
mission you complete, or member you recruit. The scale is as
follows. TO ACHIEVE THE NEXT LEVEL, YOU NEED THE REQUIRED POINTS
LISTED. TO GO FROM 03 TO 04 YOU NEED 15 POINTS. TO GO FROM E7 TO
E8 YOU NEED 25 POINTS (ETC.)

01 - 03 10 MISSION POINTS
03 - 04 15 MISSION POINTS

19. An applicant must complete two successful traps out of three
attempts. The applicant may call at least one missed approach.
|
|
| |
20. When the applicant has successfully completed the test,
those testing him must make sure the below listed information is
gathered upon completion of the test, and an email is sent to
the Command Master Gunny with that info.
SPEOPCS PVT NAME
MSN Name (Displayed)
MSN address is provided.
Email Address if different from MSN is provided.
First and Last name is provided.
Location (for time zone purposes)
Age (Must be 17 or older)
|
|
| |
21. If a mission is multi-day, then you will receive a point for
each day attended. These points are located on the member roster
under each member’s names. When receiving a meritorious
promotion, your point scale will return to 0. Additional points
can be awarded for outstanding performance.
|
|
| |
22. Always remember that when you come on each day and meet with
other SPECOPS members, someone present is always senior. You
are hereby tasked with reporting to that officer immediately
upon logging in as he might have word to pass. If you are
senior to those members already logged in, then you will log in
and whomever was in charge will report to you with current unit
status, i.e. we are on TS IP ___ and Game IP ___ and playing
this, at this location. Another example is if three members
are on and they are all the same rank,
i.e. LT's, then seniority is determined by your date of
promotion.
|
|
| |
23. The Commanders policy on being a member of another VA while
being a member here is this. It is aloud as long as it does not
interfere with your SPECOPS duties or attendance. If it is
found that this becomes a problem, you will be placed on review
and could be asked to make a choice between the two VA's.
|
|
| |
24. Resignation is simple. If you elect to leave SPECOPS, then
if for a good reason, you will be granted that, and if in the
event you choose to return, you will be reinstated two ranks
below the last rank held.
|
|
| |
25. If you are asked to leave SPECOPS for any reason and after a
vote from the Commander Staff, or you are removed from the
roster due to no attendance, you will have the option to return,
however only after a 3 month period has passed, and you will be
required to start at the bottom and conduct a probation period
as a new applicant.
|
|
| |
26. If in the event you are found to have violated any of the
Directives or Articles written herein, you will first be
verbally counseled. Then counseled in writing. This will be done
by the counseling officer sending an email to the offending
member, and coping the Commander Staff. This email will remain
on file for 6 months. If in the event you continue to present
problems, then the Commander Staff will vote and you will may be
asked to leave the Command.
|
|
| |
27. The Inactive Roster is for those members in a disciplinary
state, those members that are on report for attendance, and
those members who have requested formal leave. If you are on
this list for reasons other then official leave status, you will
remain there for 15 days. If after that time, we still have had
no contact with you, then the Commander staff will conduct a
vote and you will be removed from the Command Roster all
together.
|
|
| |
28. As you move up and gain rank, you will also gain duties and
responsibilities. Should you elect not to perform these duties,
then you will not receive the promotion, and it will go to the
next member in line. If you elect not to be here and do your
job, then "Take the Train".
|
|
| |
29. Each and every member will be required to read both the
Command Directives and the Articles of the UCMJ posted on the
website. Each Unit Commander will be required to go over both
with that member and submit an email to the Command Master Gunny
indicating this has been done.
|
|
| |
30. As of June 1st, 2005, SPECOPS GLOBAL COMMAND will institute
the SPECOPS COMMAND HONOR ROLL ROSTER. The purpose of this
roster is to honor those members who go above and beyond their
current duties and perform in an outstanding manner for which
tasks were performed that lift them above that of normal
activities, i.e. participating in any project outside normal
duties that benefit the entire command. To be added to this
roster, a member must be nominated by a member of the Commander
Staff or his Unit Commander, and voted on by the majority.
Being a member of this roster, will guaranty your consideration
for the SPECOPS MEMBER OF THE YEAR AWARD for that year.
